A Guide to Wedding Weekends in the Columbia River Gorge

If you’re getting married in the Columbia River Gorge, your wedding has the opportunity to become more than just a single day. It can unfold into a full weekend experience for you and your guests. Hood River is one of those places that makes that feel like an easy task. Between the views, the food, the wine, and the overall pace of life here, it lends itself to a weekend that feels thoughtful, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable for everyone involved.

We always encourage couples to think beyond just the wedding day and consider what the entire weekend will look and feel like. Where guests will stay, where people will gather, and what the in-between moments might look like. All of those pieces come together to shape the experience in a really meaningful way.

Here are some of our favorite places and recommendations as you begin planning your Hood River wedding weekend.
