JEN JONES / Founder + Planning Director
With nearly two decades in the wedding industry, Jen brings a photographer’s eye, a planner’s brain, and a deep knowledge of the Columbia River Gorge to every celebration. She founded Gorge Wedding Concierge to make planning here feel easier, more thoughtful, and a whole lot less overwhelming.
Jen leads the planning side of GWC, working closely with couples and the coordination team to shape the big picture, solve the logistical puzzles, and make sure all the moving pieces come together. She’s especially at home at Mt. Hood Organic Farms, where GWC serves as the preferred planning + coordination team.
When she’s not planning weddings, you’ll usually find her behind a camera, somewhere near the water, or dreaming up her next creative project.
KELSEY AZOUBEL MITCHELL / Lead Coordinator
Kelsey is a big-picture thinker who knows how to keep a wedding day moving. Quick on her feet and confident in the moment, she’s great at seeing what needs to happen next, shifting gears when plans change, and keeping the many moving pieces headed in the right direction.
With multiple seasons at Mt. Hood Organic Farms under her belt, Kelsey knows the flow of the property and what it takes to bring a wedding day together from start to finish.
WYATT DUCE / Coordinator
Warm, charismatic, and exceptionally good with people, Wyatt brings the human side of coordination to the GWC team. He’s the person who can calm down a nervous parent, make sure the wedding party has what they need, and handle whatever pops up without adding more stress to the room.
After four wedding seasons with our team and two seasons coordinating at Mt. Hood Organic Farms, Wyatt has already been part of dozens of wedding days. He brings experience, intuition, and an easygoing presence that makes people feel immediately taken care of.
REED BAUER / Admin + Creative Coordination
Reed keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes at GWC. Our resident admin queen, she keeps details organized, supports our couples throughout the planning process, and has a particular talent for taking Jen’s plans, ideas, and endless moving pieces and turning them into beautifully organized spreadsheets and systems.
She also brings a creative eye to design projects, content creation, and wedding-day details, jumping seamlessly between spreadsheets and pretty things. Organized, resourceful, and always ready to tackle whatever lands on her plate, Reed makes the whole operation run smoother.
ELENA KRASNOW / Lead Coordinator
Elena is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and unflappable when plans shift at the last minute. She has a knack for problem-solving on the fly while staying cool, calm, and collected, exactly the energy you want behind the scenes on a wedding day.
Kind, quick-witted, and always smiling, Elena also has a magical eye behind an iPhone and often lends her talents to capturing candid behind-the-scenes content along the way.
